BCS has designed a tactical carrier that converts the three piece front opening Interceptor IBA OTV issue armor system into a two pieces body armor system. The carrier allows the individual to convert the issue soft and hard body armor into a more effective body armor carrier system. The carrier also has attachment webbing for issue attachments,groin protector,Collar,yoke and deltiod DAP protectors. The carrier is available in a Low vis version or Molle. OTV replacement carrier
