What options are available for Combloc Sniper SVD Chest rigs to support SVD,PSL and M76 mags? There are a few options but most are no longer manufactured, difficult to get or expensive. For the last few month here at Beez Combat Systems we have been working on a few different Combloc Sniper SVD Chest rig versions to support the SVD,PSL and M76 mags.
One of our Combloc Sniper SVD chest rig version is a low profile version designed to support 5 SVD,PSL or M76 mags. Each mag is supported in its own pouch and is secured by the BCS elastic/snap mag retention system. Also, the mags are staggered with three mags on top and two lower. The staggered designed allows quick and easy access to these shorter and wider magazines while maintaining a low profile.
The other two versions of the Combloc Sniper SVD chest rig versions support either 6 or 10 mags in a double stack mag pouch configuration. These mag pouches also incorporate the unique BCS elastic/snap mag retention systems. Both of these rigs do have an expanse of molle across the rig to allow for greater configuration and flexibility. An internal pocket can be used to store additional items.
The unique BCS elastic/snap retention system is a revolutionary design to provide a system to secure these shorter and wider Combloc magazines. This system works very well at securing these mags in a double stack mag pouch.
All the chest rigs come standard with an H-harness to provide the greatest amount of support and stability. If a X-harness is needed or wanted the side release buckles allows for a quick change out.
